A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Samuel Brice Hall holds a bachelor of arts in communication studies and a master of science in accounting. He applies his training as director of investor relations at Piedmont Private Equity, LLC, in Atlanta, where he leads projects related to tax mitigation and conservation strategies. Outside of work, Brice Hall enjoys attending the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, which will hold a special one-night concert with Lang Lang on September 26, 2018.

On September 26, artist Lang Lang will perform with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and conductor Mei-Ann Chen. With a Mozart program featuring Eine kleine Nachtmusik, Symphony No. 40, and Piano Concert No. 24, the event will likely sell out quickly.
Born in Shenyang, Liaoning, China, in 1982, Lang Lang began piano lessons at the age of 3, and by the age of 5, he won the Shenyang Piano Competition. After being rejected for admission to the Beijing's Central Conservatory of Music at the age of 9, he was eventually admitted and studied under the tutelage of Professor Zhao Ping-Guo.
After successive victories at major competitions in Asia, he moved to the United States at the age of 15 to study at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. He quickly gained recognition as one of the top up-and-coming piano talents and even performed in Carnegie Hall within just four years of his arrival to the United States. Since then, he has performed for President Barak Obama at the White House and at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008. His return to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra is sure to delight the audience with a skillful performance of some of Mozart's masterpieces.
